Cancellation PolicyYour appointments are very important to us! It is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Clients with late-cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No showing for an appointment will be charged 100% of the appointment. Appointments are required, and we encourage you to pre-book your next appointment upon checkout.
