Preparing for Your Appointment
Please arrive 15 min before scheduled appointment to ensure all forms are filled out. If possible, for most appointments it is best to come with little to no makeup on. For lash appointments, please come without mascara on (no mascara for 2 days beforehand is best). Forms are emailed to you when your appointment is booked. Filling out any intake forms prior to your appointment will save you time the day of.
Your appointments are very important to us!. It is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Clients with late-cancellations will lose their booking fee and/or be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No showing for an appointment will lose the booking fee and/or be charged 100% of the appointment. Appointments are required and we encourage you to pre-book your next appointment upon checkout.
Appointments are by appointment only and are scheduled with the amount of time needed for each appointment. If a client is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. This is to ensure that the next clients who arrive on time do not wait longer than necessary to see the provider. You may be given the option to wait for another appointment time on the same day if one is available. We will try to accommodate late-comers in the best manner possible, but cannot compromise on the quality and timely care provided to our other clients. For certain appointments such as lash extensions, your provider will do as much as they can with the time you have left for your scheduled appointment.
